Message: Friendly staff who always recognised me. Pretty good selection of pipe tobacco & cigars, and a very nice selection of pipes. They also stock a good range of smoking paraphernalia. The location is lovely, but seriously guys you really need more space. Time to expand? I dream of a wide area with a massive selection of cigars, maybe even a little lounge.

Message: I often find the staff standoffish. It is best to know what you want to buy before you go in. Yesterday I asked if they had the 'Eaton Corn Cob pipe'? I was told that a corn cob was a corn cob and it only comes in straight and bent. - They only stock the Legend. I then asked for Mac Baren 'Vanilla Toffee Cream' I was told that I meant 'Vanilla Cream'. - I didn't.. On the Plus side, they have a good selection of reasonably priced and expensive pipes, lots of basket pipes and beginner packs made up.. I will still use the store as it is the only one in the area and I prefer to see what I'm buying, which you can't do online, but they don't help themselves!
